Amazon India is seeking a maintenance professional to manage facility and admin activities, with hands-on Electrical/Mechanical/Automation responsibilities. The role includes daily checking per PPM, attending corrective maintenance calls, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safe, reliable operation of conveyors and power systems.

Candidate will perform energy readings, DG maintenance, and site renovations or refurbishments as needed, while maintaining clear daily reports and coordinating

Formación

• Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
• 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair works.
• Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
• Energy consumption readings and DG maintenance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems and wiring.
• Handle relay logic, ladder diagrams, servo drives, and related controls.
• Support production with safe, customer-focused maintenance and repairs.

Descripción del empleo

Taking care of overall Facility & Admin activities.

• Daily, Weekly, Monthly technical check per PPM schedule.
• Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair works
• Co-ordinate with vendor for systems under warranty/AMC.
• Energy consumption reading
• DG maintenance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical
• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and material.
• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders 6.
• Dedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer focused manner.
• Minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment, fixed furniture and OPS equipment like Trolley, Cages, Carts
• Fire Alarm & Fire extinguishers regular checks.
• Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pump, rolling shutters.
• Attending regular Electrical works
• Height work, hot work permit to issue.
• Minor Civil & Plumbing Corrective maintenance calls.
• Provide daily reports on TT closures & open cases & RCA.
• Tools inventory update.
• PPM schedule maintenance.
• Taking care of Soft services activities i.e. Pest control, Housekeeping, Scrap & Garbage disposal.
• Handling agency staff & overall shift.
• Coordinating with Design team (Automation) for spare part for all equipment’s. As this is separate from 4M ordering process.
• On time Monitoring of 4M/Signage’s and Project material receipt at site.
• Marking and coordinating for all signage’s related to RME.
• Post all PO raised and shared with vendors. Core team members to prepare plan for 4M arrival. So that parking, Dock, storage space, unloading headcount and 4M receipt process should be adhere at site.
• Coordination with Procurement on installation and certification of critical assets (MDA, Cubi scan, X-ray machine, Weighing scale etc.)
• Receipt of all 4M at site by respective POC of each department with help and guidance from core team.
• Placement of all 4M as per agreed marking and layout made by design team with help of site manpower.
• Ensuring arrival, receipt and handover of all RME 4M at site in coordination with site buyer/procurement and respective team.
• Coordinate with Automation design and project team for IQ, OQ, ORT and overall HOTO process for the site.
• Identify RME related snags and follow up with PM & Site Launch POC for mitigation.
• Ensure RTL is updated for respective sites with all required data and remarks

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience
