Job summary

Amazon in Haryana is seeking a Facility & Admin maintenance professional to oversee electrical, mechanical, and building systems, including conveyors, DG, power distribution, lighting, and safety equipment.

You will conduct planned maintenance, respond to service calls, coordinate with vendors, maintain reports, and support soft services like pest control and housekeeping. This role requires hands-on skills and a focus on safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly PPM checks per schedule.
• Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty/AMC serviced systems.
• Maintain DG, conveyors, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Install and troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, transformers.
• Troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors and drives.
• Ensure safe production support and timely reporting of TT closures.
• Conduct minor refurbishment of fixtures, carts and OPS equipment.
• Maintain tool inventory and perform soft services (pest control, housekeeping).
• Attend regular electrical works; issue height/hot work permits.

• Co-ordinate with vendor for systems under warranty/AMC.

• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical
• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and material.
• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders 6.
• Dedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer focused manner.
• Minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment, fixed furniture and OPS equipment like Trolley, Cages, Carts
• Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pump, rolling shutters.
• Attending regular Electrical works
• Height work, hot work permit to issue.
• Minor Civil & Plumbing Corrective maintenance calls.
• Provide daily reports on TT closures & open cases & RCA.
• Tools inventory update.
• Taking care of Soft services activities i.e. Pest control, Housekeeping, Scrap & Garbage disposal.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience
