Job summary

ASSPL - Haryana is seeking a skilled Facility & Admin technician responsible for daily maintenance, electrical and mechanical upkeep across site.

You will perform PPM-based checks, coordinate with vendors, handle DG maintenance, fire safety checks, and support 4M/OPS equipment setup while ensuring safe operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Controls maintenance.
• Exposure to conveyors and automation systems is preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Take care of overall Facility & Admin activities.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly technical checks per PPM schedule.
• Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair works.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty/AMC items.
• DG maintenance and electrical works.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Install/maintain power distribution, lighting, transformers, wiring.
• Handle relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors, servo drives, inverters.
• Support production safely and efficiently; participate in soft services like pest control and housekeeping.
• Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCAs; update tools inventory.
• Coordinate with design/automation teams for spares and 4M arrivals; manage signage & project materials at site.
• Assist with 4M/Signage delivery, site readiness, and HOTO processes.

• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders 6.
• Dedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer focused manner.
• Minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment, fixed furniture and OPS equipment like Trolley, Cages, Carts
• Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pump, rolling shutters.
• Attending regular Electrical works
• Height work, hot work permit to issue.
• Minor Civil & Plumbing Corrective maintenance calls.
• Provide daily reports on TT closures & open cases & RCA.
• Tools inventory update.
• Taking care of Soft services activities i.e. Pest control, Housekeeping, Scrap & Garbage disposal.

Handling agency staff & overall shift.

Coordinating with Design team (Automation) for spare part for all equipment’s. As this is separate from 4M ordering process.

On time Monitoring of 4M/Signage’s and Project material receipt at site.

Marking and coordinating for all signage’s related to RME.

Post all PO raised and shared with vendors. Core team members to prepare plan for 4M arrival. So that parking, Dock, storage space, unloading headcount and 4M receipt process should be adhere at site.

Coordination with Procurement on installation and certification of critical assets (MDA, Cubi scan, X-ray machine, Weighing scale etc.)

Receipt of all 4M at site by respective POC of each department with help and guidance from core team.

Placement of all 4M as per agreed marking and layout made by design team with help of site manpower.

Ensuring arrival, receipt and handover of all RME 4M at site in coordination with site buyer/procurement and respective team.

Coordinate with Automation design and project team for IQ, OQ, ORT and overall HOTO process for the site.

Identify RME related snags and follow up with PM & Site Launch POC for mitigation.

Ensure RTL is updated for respective sites with all required data and remarks

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience
