Job summary

L&T Technology Services is seeking a Reliability Engineer with 5–10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector to drive asset reliability and maintenance optimization. You will lead RCM, FMEA and RCA studies to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime, while collaborating with operations, maintenance and inspection teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering concepts and maintenance optimization.
• Capable of leading RCM, FMEA and RCA studies.
• Experience with RBI and asset integrity initiatives is desirable.
