Finastra in Pune, India seeks a senior Reliability Architect to lead end-to-end SRE strategy for Lending Cloud Platform. You will guide global SRE/DevOps teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance, embedding reliability into design and deployment processes.

Responsibilities include defining metrics, incident management, disaster recovery, and automation across architectures, with collaboration across product, development, security, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading SRE and DevOps teams in high-availability environments.
• Deep expertise deploying and scaling monolithic and SaaS fintech applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, container orchestration (Kubernetes), automation tools, and monitoring frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead global teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in Lending/fintech or financial services is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
