Job summary

Allianz Group in India is seeking an accomplished Release Management professional to drive release processes across large-scale programs. You will coordinate cross-functional and multinational teams to ensure timely, quality deliverables and effective risk management.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of release management experience, strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

Essential:

• Atleast 8-10 years of experience in release management.
• Strong expertise in project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and other hybrid practices.
• Demonstrated success in navigating large-scale programs involving cross-functional and multinational teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships across technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in release management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines implementation.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.

Desirable:

• Handson experience in ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge on Devops Practices
• Knowledge of Cloud Environments
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and integration of security practices into CI/CD pipelines.
