We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Wealth to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNI) clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' financial goals, offering customized wealth management solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable investment and wealth management solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and superior service.
• Drive revenue through cross-selling investment products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, and other wealth solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and provide clients with timely financial insights and investment recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies while managing client portfolios.
• Achieve assigned business, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Retail Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of investment and wealth management products.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sales and customer‑centric approach.
