Job Description

Job Purpose:

• Acquiring new customers and maintaining the accounts of existing customers at the branch level so that business objectives are achieved.
• Building Portfolio (to achieve Disbursement and POS budget) as per business mandate/policies.
• Regular follow-up and repayment monitoring to ensure portfolio growth and quality management as per laid down process.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in banking/microfinance industry, having good knowledge in the rural/livelihood industry.
• Relationship manager.
