PeopleStrong in India is hiring a Relationship Manager for Retail Sales in Jodhpur to manage and grow a portfolio of financial products through existing relationships.

You will identify new clients, pitch mutual funds, liaise with distributors and IFAs, and drive folios and SIPs while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Formación

• Experience in selling financial products to retail clients.
• Graduate with good communication and sales skills.
• Willing to work in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Responsabilidades

• Drives ongoing sales from the defined relationships and contribute towards regions achievements
• Obtains and analyses information from market to identify new clients, makes direct pitches, liaises with channel partners to increase sales
• Profiles distributors and caters to their requirements to ensure ongoing business from them
• Ensures targeted number of folios are added and achieves targeted number of new SIPs.
• Identify IFAs/Banking partners who have the requisite Conducts regular meetings and contact with the distributors
• Undertakes empanelment and activation of distributors
• Disseminates updates and other product related information in timely manner
• Organizes and executes trainings and engagements for partners
• To achieve the targeted number of new SIPs
• Focus on the unique offering in this segment to maximize sales.
• To communicate and educate the distributors about its advantages and potential as a tool for wealth creation.
• To ensure that the targeted number of new investors (folios) is added
• Ensuring that maximum existing investors of all IFAs are investing with us.
• To support IFAs in new initiatives to help them increase their client base.
• Reporting and compliance
• Ensures 100% compliance with internal reporting & audit systems
• Updates sales portal with requisite information to facilitate information collation and analysis
