• Lead, mentor, and monitor branch team performance with clear KPIs
• Promote cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer wallet share
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and manage escalations to zero complaints
• Maintain strict regulatory compliance, internal audits, and risk controls
• Monitor and improve branch profitability, cost efficiency and market share
• Oversee daily branch operations including cash, service delivery and infra management
• Build strong local market presence through relationship management and business development
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC norms and AML guidelines across processes
• Drive digital banking adoption and increase usage of alternate channels
• Maintain high standards of operational discipline, security and asset management
