Job summary

Chola Securities is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Private Client Group Sales to drive acquisition and growth of high-value clients across major Indian cities. The role requires a proven track record in PCG Sales and a strong advisory-led approach to investments in equity, MF, PMS, AIF, and fixed income products.

You will handle onboarding and portfolio management while maintaining strict compliance and risk controls. 4-5 years of relevant experience is desired.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in PCG Sales with proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth.
• Experience in acquiring HNI and UHNI clients via direct sourcing and referrals.
• Strong knowledge of equity, MF, PMS, AIF, insurance and fixed income products.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard HNI and UHNI clients through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Focus on acquisition of client accounts with equity margin
• Manage client portfolios and drive AUM growth through suitable investment solutions.
• Cross-sell PCG products including equity advisory, mutual funds, PMS, AIF and bonds.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and market updates.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk and internal governance frameworks.

We are looking for experienced professionals of 4-5 years in PCG Sales with proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth.
