Job summary

Chola Securities is seeking a Relationship Manager-PCG-Sales to acquire and grow high-value clients within the Private Client Group. You will drive revenue through advisory-led selling across equity, MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance and Fixed income products while maintaining strong compliance discipline.

We look for professionals with 4–5 years in PCG Sales, proven client acquisition, and track record of AUM growth. Locations include Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Delhi.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of PCG Sales experience with a proven client acquisition track record.
• Experience in handling high-net-worth or UHNI clients preferred.
• Strong compliance discipline and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard HNI/UHNI clients through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Drive AUM growth by offering suitable investment solutions.
• Cross-sell PCG products including equity advisory, MFs, PMS, AIF and bonds.
• Build long-term client relationships with regular reviews and market updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk and internal governance frameworks.

We are looking for experienced professionals of 4-5 years in PCG Sales with proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard HNI and UHNI clients through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Focus on acquisition of client accounts with equity margin
• Manage client portfolios and drive AUM growth through suitable investment solutions.
• Cross-sell PCG products including equity advisory, mutual funds, PMS, AIF and bonds.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and market updates.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk and internal governance frameworks.
