Job summary

Chola Securities Ltd in India seeks a Relationship Manager-PCG-Sales to acquire and grow high-value clients under the Private Client Group. You will drive revenue through advisory-led selling across equity, MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance and Fixed income while ensuring compliance.

4–5 years PCG sales experience with a proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth is expected. You will build enduring client relationships, onboard new segments via referrals, and work to achieve ambitious AUM

• Acquire and onboard HNI and UHNI clients through direct sourcing and referrals.

• Cross-sell PCG products including equity advisory, mutual funds, PMS, AIF and bonds.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and market updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk and internal governance frameworks.

Role Summary

You will handle acquisition and growth of high-value clients under the Private Client Group. You will drive revenue through advisory-led selling across equity, MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance and Fixed income products while maintaining strong compliance discipline. We are looking for experienced professionals of 4-5 years in PCG Sales with proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth.
