Profile Requirements:

  1. Dealer channel management - sourcing business from car loan dealers as well as from KMBL branches.
  2. Proficiency in MIS, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively manage relationships with finance managers/general managers of car dealerships.
  3. Focus on fee-based income and cross-selling other products. Ability to manage a team of 8-10 DSTs.
  4. Service-oriented with a willingness to go the extra mile to serve the channel effectively.
  5. Management of PDD and monthly release of channel payouts.
  6. Infant management.
