Job summary

Staunch HR Services Private Limited is seeking a Banking Sales/Relationship Executive to join our team in India. You will schedule meetings with leads from partner banks, explore financial needs in life insurance and investments, and recommend suitable products from the company portfolio.

You will also work on sourcing new bank relationships, understand working capital products, and strive to deliver exceptional customer service and trust while coordinating field investigations and credit

Qualifications

• 1–15 years of experience in banking sales or relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Accept and schedule meetings with leads from partner bank branches and warm leads.
• Explore customer financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, select appropriate products.

Job Description

Accept and schedule meeting with leads generated from assigned bank branch (Partner bank branch) lead generators as well as warm leads provided by the bank or bank employees from the database as well as generate own leads. Make appointments, explore the customer s financial needs in Life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company s product range gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.

Incumbent will be mainly responsible for sourcing and identifying new relationship for the bank.

Understanding of working capital products

Ensure high degree of customer service/satisfaction/trust.

Manage field investigations, development and formulation of appraisal notes and scrutinizing the legal dimensions of the proposals.

Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.
