Located in Delhi, India, IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to manage and grow the First Wealth portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential First Wealth clients.
• Understand the financial needs and goals of clients and provide suitable investment solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the First Wealth portfolio.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clients with investment updates.
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross‑sell products and services.
• Stay updated with market trends and offer timely investment advice.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or sales.
