Job summary

Ageas Federal is seeking a life insurance sales professional to manage in-branch life insurance sales through Federal Bank branches in India. You will coordinate between the bank and the company from lead generation to policy conversion, handling walk-in customers and closing sales.

The role focuses on generating leads, building a customer base for cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring timely processing of policy documentation while adhering to the prescribed sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance sales or related banking/financial services sales.
• Degree or Diploma required (3 years).
• Willingness to work in a channel partner bank environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database & walk-in customers.
• Make appointments and assess customers' financial needs in life-related investments and insurance, selecting appropriate products.
• Build a base of customers to cross-sell and up-sell, obtain referrals for further prospects.
• Facilitate completion of medical reports and issue of policy documents to ensure sales closure.
• Adhere to company sales process and timely submission of reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company's product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.
• Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell, Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate.
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
• Adherence to company sales process and timely submission of various reports.

Should be having min 1 year of Life Insurance experience/ cross selling experience of Insurance sales /Banking/Financial Services sales experience
