Job summary

Ageas Federal is seeking a Life Insurance Sales executive to manage life insurance sales through assigned bank branches. You will coordinate between the bank and company from lead generation to policy conversion, dealing with walk-in customers to sell life insurance policies.

The role emphasizes in-branch lead generation, customer needs assessment, product matching, and timely documentation to close sales while maintaining adherence to the company sales process.

Qualifications

• Should have at least 1 year of Life Insurance experience or cross selling experience of Insurance sales, Banking, Financial Services sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database & walk in customers.
• Make appointments, explore customers' financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, select appropriate product.
• Build a good customer base to cross-sell & up-sell, obtain referrals where appropriate.
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating medical reports & issuing policy documents promptly.
• Adherence to sales process and timely submission of reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database & walk in customers.
• Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company's product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.
• Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell, obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate.
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.
• Adherence to company sales process and timely submission of various reports.

Age Limit

Up to 33.

Must Criteria

Should have at least 1 year of Life Insurance experience or cross selling experience of Insurance sales, Banking, Financial Services sales experience.

Qualification

Any Degree or Diploma, 3 years.
