• Oversee end-to-end Commercial Vehicle loan processes for new and used financing.
• Facilitate smooth loan processing with documentation, verification and timely approvals.
• Regular EMI follow-up and arrears management to minimize delinquencies.
• Identify and develop new market areas to support growth strategies.
• Proactively generate sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and clients for long-term engagement.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to lead sales and customer engagement in the Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) segment. Portfolio Management:

• Manage and maintain the existing portfolio of Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) customers, ensuring consistent engagement and service delivery.

Loan Handling:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of Commercial Vehicle loans (both new and used), from customer onboarding to loan disbursement.

Loan Processing:

• Facilitate the complete loan process for vehicle financing, ensuring smooth documentation, verification, and timely approvals.

Collections Follow-Up:

• Regularly follow up with customers for EMI payments and address arrears to ensure timely collections and minimize delinquencies.

Market Development:

• Explore and develop new market areas, gathering relevant market intelligence to support business growth and strategy.

Sales Generation:

• Proactively identify and create new market opportunities to drive sales and expand the customer base.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and existing clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
