Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance in India is seeking graduates with 1–3 years of experience in financial services to handle customer service duties including account opening, grievances, and product education.

You will be expected to meet sales targets for bank and investment products, cross-sell asset products, and support relationship managers, while ensuring high service quality and low attrition.

Qualifications

• Candidates with 1–3 years total experience in financial services or banks.
• Equal blend of service and sales orientation; sales skew acceptable if needed.
• Experience in handling customer requirements in financial products is preferred.
