Job summary

You will be responsible for developing and managing HNI relationships, generating business across liabilities and assets, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in banking and strong communication skills, with a preference for those holding an MBA or equivalent qualification.
Qualifications
- 4–13 years experience in banking or financial services.
- Preferably experience in HNI relationship management.
- Certifications AMFI / IRDA / NISM preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop new and expand existing HNI customer relationships through in-depth profiling.
- Match client needs with Kotak Group’s product offerings.
- Ensure client contactability through regular weekly/monthly interactions.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Generate business across:
- Liabilities: Current Accounts, Term Deposits.
- Assets: CC, OD, Term Loans, Export Finance.
- Fee Products: Trade, Forex, Insurance, Mutual Funds.
- Formulate and implement sales plans to acquire new HNI clients and grow relationship value.
- Portfolio Management:
- Conduct client portfolio reviews and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain complete relationship records for assigned accounts.
- Resolve client queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Customer Experience & Compliance:
- Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and group companies for seamless service delivery.
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives and client engagement events.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate (mandatory); MBA/Postgraduate preferred.
- Experience: 4–13 years in banking or financial services, preferably in HNI relationship management.
- Certifications: AMFI / IRDA / NISM preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
