Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural lending or SME credit management within banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agri SME clients to understand financial needs and challenges.
• Conduct detailed credit appraisals and risk assessments for loan proposals in agricultural SME sector.
• Structure customized lending solutions aligned with client cash flow and agricultural cycles.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to enable smooth loan processing and disbursal.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and take corrective actions to minimize NPAs.
• Drive growth by identifying new lending opportunities within Agri SME and expand client base in WEST BUSINESS region.
• Educate clients on banking products to enhance financial literacy and promote cross-selling.
• Prepare and present reports on portfolio status, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to agricultural SME lending.
• Participate in community outreach to strengthen the bank's presence in the agricultural sector.
