Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join the Secured Direct lending team. The role focuses on sourcing and processing loan applications through self-sourcing and connectors, while representing the company to clients with integrity and compliance.

You will build a strong network of partners, manage end-to-end loan processing with the credit and operations teams, and ensure timely submissions and accurate records.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Relationship Officer to join our Secured Direct lending team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source and process loan applications through self-sourcing and a network of connectors. The candidate will be the face of the organization, building strong client relationships while ensuring adherence to compliance and credit guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Sourcing

• Proactively generate leads through self-sourcing (cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital platforms, etc.).
• Build and manage a reliable network of connectors such as property dealers, chartered accountants, and other channel partners to source loan applications.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion.

Client Relationship Management

• Engage with prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan products.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Application Processing

• Collect, verify, and ensure timely submission of all necessary documentation required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.

Compliance And Reporting

• Ensure all applications comply with regulatory and organizational credit guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of lead sourcing, customer interactions, and loan application statuses.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
