Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager for POS and Digital Banking in Maharashtra. You will manage merchant and customer relationships, handle POS and digital banking queries, and drive engagement and portfolio activation.

The role is full-time and on-roll, with direct payroll from Kotak Mahindra Bank. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience, a Graduate degree, and strong fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in customer-facing banking roles.
• Strong communication in Hindi, English and Marathi; adept at handling queries and building relationships.
• Proficient in MS Excel and CRM systems for data tracking and reporting.

Position:

Virtual Relationship Manager – POS & Digital Banking

Employment:

Full-Time | On-Roll

Payroll:

Directly with Kotak Mahindra Bank

Experience:

1–5 Years

Qualification:

Graduate

CTC:

₹3.0–4.5 LPA + Incentives up to ₹20,000/month

Shift:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off:

6 days/month (4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage merchant/customer relationships through calls and digital channels
• Handle POS, CMS and digital banking queries
• Customer engagement, retention and portfolio activation
• Cross-sell banking products and achieve business targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely query resolution
• Maintain MIS and calling data

Required:

Strong communication skills in Hindi, English and Marathi, customer handling, relationship management, MS Excel/CRM and a target-oriented approach.
