Job summary

Shriram Life Insurance is seeking a Sales Support professional to bolster bancassurance activities across multiple locations. You will assist in meeting sales targets, identify opportunities, and follow up on leads while maintaining strong relationships with bank staff and customers.

You will ensure timely customer service, address queries, and help resolve issues, all while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

Sales Support:

• Consistently Identify potential sales opportunities and provide necessary follow-up.

1. Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to facilitate bancassurance operations.


• Act as the point of contact for bank partners and customers.

2. Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing timely support.


• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by bank staff or customers.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.


• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and other relevant metrics.

You will be responsible for multiple locations.
