Job summary

Krazy Bee Services is seeking a Relationship Manager LAP to drive field sales for Loan Against Property across multiple locations. You will generate and nurture leads, explain LAP products and processes, and coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursement.

This field-based role requires strong communication, negotiation, and travel to partner sites. Minimum 2 years of LAP or secured loan sales experience is preferred, with willingness to travel and build local market

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for LAP through field visits and market activities.
• Identify customers needing LAP for residential or commercial properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and DSA partners.
• Visit customers and partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Explain LAP loan products, eligibility, rates and processes to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, operations and legal teams for smooth processing.
• Follow up with customers from lead to disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits and market activities.
• Identify potential customers who require loans against residential or commercial properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and DSA partners.
• Visit customers and business partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Explain LAP loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and loan processes to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.
• Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2-10 years of experience in LAP sales or secured loan sales.
• Experience in Loan Against Property, Home Loans, or other secured lending products is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and perform field visits.
• Knowledge of local markets and customer sourcing is preferred.
