Job summary

Credicus Business Services in Chennai is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to drive growth in mutual funds, SIPs, Demat accounts, and related investment offerings. You will pursue new clients through self-generated leads, references, and open-market activity.

You will manage relationships with existing clients, understand their financial goals, recommend suitable solutions, and push cross-selling and upselling while ensuring consistent follow-ups and after-sales service.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through self-generated leads, references, and open-market activities.
• Sell and promote Mutual Funds, SIPs, Demat accounts, equity/broking and other investment products.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
• Generate leads through calling, references, networking, and field activities.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling of investment and financial products.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into active clients.
• Provide after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.
