Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking an Equipment Finance Relationship Officer in Jalandhar, Punjab. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for equipment finance products and growing the dealer network.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement, build lasting relationships with customers and partners, and ensure timely documentation and processing. This off-roll/partner payroll position requires field visits, strong communication, and consistent achievement of monthly sales

Qualifications

• Acquire new customers for Equipment Finance products.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, dealer networks, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions.
• Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and expand the customer/dealer network.
• Ensure proper follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
