Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients through referrals, events, and corporate engagement initiatives.
• Portfolio Management: Regularly review and monitor client portfolios and suggest rebalancing or changes based on market trends and financial goals.
• Goal-Based Planning: Prepare personalized financial plans using tools, focusing on SIPs, retirement, education, and wealth accumulation goals.
• Client Servicing: Address client queries promptly, coordinate with back-office for transaction processing, and ensure excellent service experience.
• Reporting: Share periodic reports such as portfolio performance, SIP tracking, and financial goal progress reports.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on mutual fund products, SEBI regulations, market trends, and economic indicators to better guide clients.
• Cross-Selling: Promote relevant offerings like Guarantee Plans, Bonds, NFO, IPO, or goal-based SIPs as per client suitability.
