Job summary

Capco is seeking an IRR Business Analyst to join our IRR delivery streams across multiple Indian cities. You will work on establishing and maintaining controls, data governance, and regulatory interpretations while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires experience in SOX/Operational Risk, strong communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement within a finance context.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing controls across a Finance function, including SOX and Operational Risk.
• Strong relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive leader who takes initiative and drives operational excellence.
• Strong data and process analysis skills; capable of autonomous work.
• Experience in designing/implementing new controls and processes.
• Exposure to change and transformation programmes; cross-finance knowledge.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting (MREL) is advantageous.

IRR Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

The role holder is required to perform a range of activities across the specific sub-workstreams including:

• Produce & maintain Process documentation
• Design, Implement and Capture Controls on Helios
• Capturing the Data Dictionary & Data Lineage
• Capturing the Data Quality controls
• Capture the Regulatory Rules & Interpretations applied by the Business for the returns

The role holder will work closely with the Process and Control Owners to obtain their sign-off. The role holder will be required to provide updates on the work progress to the central IRR delivery streams and, where appropriate, the other workstreams to ensure delivery to plan.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in, and thorough understanding of, managing, overseeing and applying controls across a Finance function, including those underpinning SOX and Operational Risk frameworks
• Good relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Confident and comfortable and experienced in engaging senior stakeholders
• A leader, comfortable taking initiative
• Drive, commitment and focus on operational excellence
• Experience of resolving issues and problems by a systematic approach
• Data and process analysis skills
