Responsibilities

• Control daily processing activities within the Asset Servicing team to support timely, accurate delivery
• Optimize team capacity through resource planning, training, and succession planning to maintain a robust structure
• Validate completion and sign-off of daily controls, including client service inquiry resolution, cash and stock break management, event management, and key metrics production
• Lead and motivate the team through clear direction, coaching, and accountability
• Communicate strategic and regulatory changes to ensure awareness and consistent adoption across the department
• Refresh standard operating procedure content and presentation in line with new policies and risk management activities
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the strategic development of Asset Servicing products
