Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst in Bengaluru who will help transform the compliance function from reactive to proactive. The role focuses on AML fraud management, monitoring transactions, and ensuring adherence to laws and KYC requirements.

In this capacity you may interact with peers, clients, and management, contributing to risk mitigation and compliance excellence. Qualified candidates bring 5–8 years of experience and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• AML fraud management involves detecting, preventing, and managing money laundering and financial fraud.
• Monitor transactions, identify suspicious activities, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Understand and implement laws designed to stop illegal funding transfers; know-your-customer (KYC) rules.
• Role may require rotational shifts and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What would you do?

Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies and talent AML fraud management involves detecting, preventing, and managing money laundering and financial fraud. It includes monitoring transactions, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations to protect financial institutions and their customers from fraudulent activities. Fraud Detection, Prevention, Investigation, Sanction Screening & understanding of financial regulations. Understand & implement laws, and regulations designed to stop the practice of generating income through illegal actions during transfer of funds. Anti Money Laundering law covers limited number of transactions and criminal behaviors to prevent terrorist financing and money laundering and compliance programs, including know-your-customer (KYC) rules.
