Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst with 3–5 years of AML and transaction monitoring experience in Bengaluru. The role focuses on transforming compliance from reactive to proactive through data-driven models and intelligent monitoring practices.

Candidates should understand AML laws, SAR filing processes, and KYC requirements, with exposure to client or management interactions as part of a cross-functional team. Willingness to work rotational shifts may be required.

What would you do?

• Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies and talent
• Looking for someone with Transaction monitoring experience along with SAR
• Understand & implement laws, and regulations designed to stop the practice of generating income through illegal actions during transfer of funds.
• Anti Money Laundering law covers limited number of transactions and criminal behaviors to prevent terrorist financing and money laundering and compliance programs, including know-your-customer (KYC) rules.
