What would you do?

Analyst role responsible for executing first line risk operations including risk event classification, compliance monitoring, due diligence and reporting support. Develop, maintain and automate management reports and dashboards. Control Testing involves evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls within an organization. This process checks whether controls are working as intended to prevent errors, fraud, and ensure compliance with regulations. The goal is to identify weaknesses and improve the reliability of financial reporting, operational & ITGC processes to ensure audit readiness. Conduct testing tasks within Agile models and integration processes and manage development sprints.

  • Ability to perform audits on the makers output to ability to identify errors, control gaps and compliance breaches. Provide feedback to analysts and Team leaders. Track quality trends and recurring issues. Support calibration sessions and quality governance. Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
