Responsibilities

  • Ensure products, technologies, projects and transactions meet applicable trade control and sanctions requirements.
  • Review regulatory requirements and identify applicability to business activities.
  • Assess risks for product/technology, jurisdiction, end-use, end-user and transactions; identify restrictions or licensing requirements.
  • Support appropriate controls and escalation of high-risk cases.
  • Review Export Control Questionnaires and product/technology data for classification and compliance assessment.
  • Coordinate with R&D PTM/PM, internal AREG team on Export Control Sanctions matters.
  • Provide guidance to R&D PTM on applicable trade control requirements.
  • Monitor changes in export control regulations, sanctions lists and restrictions to assess business impact and support timely implementation.
  • Identify compliance gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain assessment records, screening evidence, regulatory change records & KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and properly controlled.
