Job summary

GNM or BSc Nursing with valid registration and homecare experience preferred; the role focuses on patient safety, compassionate care, and professional accountability within a dedicated healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Proven nursing skills with homecare experience preferred.
• Valid nursing registration and current practice license.
• Ability to educate patients and families on care plans and medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care as per patient requirements and prescribed care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs, cardiac status, and pulse oximetry.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
• Conduct/assist with investigations as required.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
• Identify and respond appropriately to emergencies and patient safety concerns.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding care, medication, and health management.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, and the healthcare team.
• Report changes in patient condition, incidents, and other concerns promptly.
• Maintain professional conduct and demonstrate teamwork and accountability.
