A leading digital payments company is seeking a Hub Manager to oversee regional hubs in Delhi. The role includes managing inventory audits, refurbishment operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in logistics or operations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this position.

About the Team:
Hub will be a docking station for the sales team for conducting meetings, interviews, R&R events and for receiving and submitting the devices for maximum up to 45 minutes.
About the Role:
Responsible for Managing complete regional Hubs.
Requirement/Expectation:
Inventory Management:
Conduct regular inventory audits across assigned hubs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and ensure the timely dispatch of defective stock to the Central Warehouse (CWH).
Manage ageing control of devices to minimize obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
Oversee order processing of fresh devices from hubs to Team Leads (TL).
Handle escalations related to inventory discrepancies or operational challenges.
Refurbishment Operations:
Manage and supervise refurbishment activities to ensure quality and timeliness.
Track and report on refurbishment targets versus achievements.
Ensure adequate return inventory is received through efficient courier routing to support refurbishment.
Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for refurbishment and take corrective actions as necessary.
Operational Management:
Lead, train, and mentor hub teams to build operational capability and efficiency.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with hub teams to review performance and address issues.
Manage petty cash and ensure proper utilization and documentation.
Plan and execute weekly and monthly hub activities in line with organizational goals.
Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all hubs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management, operations, or logistics preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
