Flextronics - The Flex Company is hiring a Regional Service Executive in India to manage ASPs and drive regional service operations. You will direct engineers, conduct audits, and resolve escalations while ensuring KPI and SLA targets are met.

The role covers the South India region with emphasis on partner development, training, and performance reviews. You will oversee installations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and lead reviews to optimize service capacity and quality.

Formación

• Technical degree or diploma in computer/electronics/communication engineering.
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience handling and appointing service partners across South India.
• Experience managing multiple service outlets and training regional ASPs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ASPs daily, coordinate engineers, and address operational and technical issues.
• Conduct ASP audits, report findings, and drive CAPA for improvements.
• Oversee installations and provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networks.
• Lead ASP reviews, capacity planning, and KPI/SLA attainment across the region.
• Train regional ASPs and demonstrate new products to partners.
