About the role

The Regional Security Manager, India will drive revenue growth and the effective coordination and delivery of security consulting, crisis & resilience consulting, and managed services as well as Workforce Resilience solution in India. The role provides direct expert support to International SOS’s distribution channel to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth across relevant business lines in security consulting solutions.

Key performance indicators for this role include:

Be the Security subject matter expert and partner the commercial team in India. To work closely with the Business Development Managers/ Directors to identify New Business opportunities, nurture them and drive acquisition of new logos and to work closely with the Key Account Managers/Directors to increase client stickiness and identify security solutions related upsells and consulting opportunities.

Support BDMs and AMs to retain and strengthen our current partnership with clients, including actively participating in the development of the account plans to drive account growth

Act as a subject matter expert on security for Workforce Resilience programs and consulting solutions; attend meetings with clients and prospects to scope solutions and drive client engagement.

Identify Security consulting, crisis & resilience consulting, and security managed service opportunities in collaboration with the Consulting Practices in India and beyond.

Ensure high quality delivery of consulting solutions in India across a broad range of topics including risk assessment, crisis management, event security, escalation planning, site security assessment, travel security policy, etc, in line with client expectation.

Actively engage in appropriate social, professional, media and networking activities and events in India which strengthen International SOS brand recognition in the security and risk management industry.
