Job Responsibilities: To ensure that all branches in the region achieve targets for revenue and sub broker acquisition for Mutual Funds. To promote cross selling to Sub Broker and add value to the High Net worth Sub Broker. To ensure overall profitability of the region including the franchisees across all MF products. To analyse and continuously monitor performance of team. Create strategy to achieve team targets. To constantly engage with franchisees to generate business. To budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs are met. Manage attrition at branch levels. To personally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solution within stipulated timeline and escalate through proper channel. To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at regional level.
