Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the development of sales strategies, build and manage channel partnerships, and grow client relationships in the industrial IoT and building automation domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B solution sales, particularly in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and smart buildings.
Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Engagement: Identify and onboard suitable channel partners and system integrators in line with company strategy to promote relevant product offerings.
- Business Strategy Development: Formulate and execute digital sales strategies to generate leads, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities in sectors like hospitality, education, commercial buildings, and malls. Implement lead generation strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Market & Competitor Insight: Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to ensure competitive positioning.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders including MEP consultants, energy consultants, building contractors, ESG advisors, plant heads, and digital transformation leaders.

Qualifications & Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B solution sales and account management.
- Proven success in closing high-value deals in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Strong network and connections within the target industry.
- Deep understanding of:
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Industrial Automation, SCADA, and DCS
- Energy Management Systems
- IoT Ecosystems and Applications
- Technical knowledge of:
- Edge IoT gateways
- Sensors and industry communication protocols
- Power systems and automation frameworks
- SaaS and software implementation knowledge.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in process-oriented organizations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within India.
