1. Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing end-to-end revenue verticals, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, product development, revenue acceleration, team building, and cross-functional collaboration for large organizations.

The RM - SA will primarily focus on account management, sales, ensuring consistent client engagement, and delivery management.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client escalations, delivering client requirements, and growing business from 0 to 100.

2. Key Competencies

  1. Prior experience in deep farming skills with the ability to grow accounts through consistent client engagement.
  2. Experience managing high net worth clients.
  3. Will manage the sales, operations, and GTM for strategic accounts.
  4. Proven ability to use data insights to manage accounts, drive renewals, and communicate effectively with clients.
  5. Ability to manage a 100+ Crore annual business portfolio, achieving exceptional revenue growth through effective GTM strategies and profitability.
  6. Experience in managing multiple touchpoints within client organizations, including CXO level engagement (Founders, CEOs, and Marketing Heads).
  7. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand awareness.
  8. Advanced skills in handling escalations, client renewals, and managing expectations with both clients and internal teams.
  9. Proven experience in leading sales teams, setting the right expectations, and aligning client needs with business goals.

Role Insights

Total Experience: 12+ years (exceptional candidates with 10 years may be considered with Tier-2 pedigree).
