• Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings, and outreach events end-to-end.
• Identify and develop new opportunities to enhance outreach and branding in the region for student recruitment.
• Build and nurture relationships with schools, educational institutions, corporate entities, and professional associations to promote Navrachana University programs.
• Collaborate with education portals for digital outreach and market insights.

Navrachana University is seeking passionate and skilled professionals for the position of Assistant Manager of Admissions & Outreach at Navrachana University, you will be responsible for supporting the admissions and outreach functions, ensuring efficient execution of lead generation, field engagement, and student recruitment activities. You will actively contribute to the university's visibility through school visits, presentations, and student counseling initiatives, while also assisting in marketing and branding efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Masters degree with at least 60% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience working for premium institutes and organizations in the higher education sector, preferably a university. Experience in admissions, student recruitment, or outreach is essential.
• Regional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the educational landscape, market dynamics, and cultural nuances of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan; an existing network based out of Indore or Udaipur is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate Lead Generation: Evaluate the progress and quality of leads generated through digital outreach and other channels, ensuring effective lead management and follow-up with conversion to enrolments.
• Travel and School Engagement: Travel extensively to schools, colleges, and institutes across Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, delivering engaging presentations to raise awareness about Navrachana University and its programs.
• Build School & Institute Network: Leverage and continually expand a strong network of schools, colleges, and educational institutes across the region to open doors for outreach and admissions activities.
• Meeting and Appointment Coordination: Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings, and outreach events, managing the process end-to-end to ensure smooth execution.
• New Opportunities for Outreach: Proactively identify and develop new opportunities to enhance outreach efforts, with a focus on driving student recruitment and branding in the region.
• Build Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with schools, educational institutions, corporate entities, and professional associations to create awareness about our programs.
• Collaborate with Education Portals: Engage with education portals for digital outreach, lead generation, and gather market insights to share with relevant stakeholders.
• Admissions Counseling: Provide personalized admissions counseling to prospective students and their parents, guiding them through the application process, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they understand the unique benefits of Navrachana University.
• Location: Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan (Preferably based out of Indore or Udaipur)
