IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a Regional Head- Trade in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building the Trade-Fx business through branch banking teams, ensuring excellent service delivery and compliance with policies. Responsibilities include maximizing trade and forex business, improving customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This position requires effective management of Trade counsellors and officers to achieve branch performance and customer retention goals.

Job Purpose
