Job summary

Dream Solution Indore is seeking a banking professional with expertise in Trade Finance and Forex to source and grow Trade & Retail Forex client base in Mumbai. The role focuses on acquiring customers, training frontline teams, and ensuring compliance with Trade transactions.

The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to meet sales targets and expand revenue streams within a banking environment, handling inquiries and delivering value through Trade solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-15 years of experience in banking or a related field, preferably in trade sales or trade finance.
• Strong understanding of forex trading, including spot FX, forward contracts, options, etc.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Trade & Retail Forex customers from market.
• Training frontlines attached to the respective branch.
• Liaise with support units and branches for compliance related to Trade transactions.
• Handling customer queries and providing resolutions; presenting value propositions to prospective clients.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Sourcing Trade & Retail Forex customers from market. Essentially NON Credit Trade related customers.
• Training frontlines attached to the respective branch.
• Liaise with Respective Support Units, Branches for / and compliance related to Trade transactions
• Handling Customer queries, resolutions providing, Capability presentation to the prospective clients, sharing value propositions, on job profile boarding the client.
• Conducting Training and Promoting to the all segments and Maintain cordial Relationship with all of them
• Responsibility includes Servicing Portfolio customers as well as branch.
• Contacting. SME and Retail customers in order to develop new clientele for Trade
• Executing documents, ensuring seamless and effective implementation of txns and enabling qualitative delivery of assured solutions.
• Periodically meeting the acquired client to ensure proper servicing and to get deeper penetration and wallet share.
• Demonstrating proficient customer management skills, effective planning and problem handling skills during Customer interactions of process and procedures.
