Job summary

Payoneer Inc. is seeking a Regional Customer Success Operations Manager in Bengaluru to drive scalable processes, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. You will partner with regional CS leadership and manage global programs to improve customer outcomes and business performance.

The role requires 5+ years in CS/ Revenue/ Operations, strong PM and stakeholder skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a global setup. Salesforce and BI tools experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a global organization.
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with building AI tools is a strong advantage.

Role Summary

As a Regional Customer Success Operations Manager, you will enable Customer Success teams to drive customer retention and growth by delivering scalable processes, operational excellence, and successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will partner with Regional CS Leadership while leading global programs, bridging global strategy with regional execution to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
