Candidate should have 3+ years' relevant experience, strong Excel/VBA skills, and be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial modelling, bid evaluation, and business analysis in infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of DCF and financial statements.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint; VBA/macros.
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.

Role: Financial Business Analyst

Position Summary:

This candidate will provide financial modelling, bid evaluation, reporting, and data analytics support to enable decision-making and drive growth in airport, transportation, and infrastructure projects.

Objective of this Role:

• Financial Modeling, Bid Evaluation: Develop, analyze, and maintain financial models to assess the viability and profitability of various infrastructure projects, including airport concessions, retail/F&B/lounge/advertising concessions, heliports, seaplane terminals, ropeways, and wayside amenities.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain regular MIS reports to provide leadership with insights into performance, project status, and key initiatives.
• Analytics & Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, offering actionable insights to enhance business strategies and operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed financial models to assess the feasibility and profitability of new projects, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and ROI evaluations
• Build and maintain a repository of financial models for different types of commercial and infrastructure projects
• Study in detail tenders and bid documents for various projects, identify points of discussion, and provide recommendations based on financial viability and alignment with business objectives
• Develop, implement, and maintain MIS to track project-level performance and operational metrics
• Develop annual operating plans for the operational projects based on historical performance and future growth potential
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with on-ground teams and cross-functional teams to monitor the performance of ongoing projects
• Provide regular updates on performances and variances and present data-driven insights to leadership
• Support the leadership team in decision-making by providing information on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities via secondary research

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in financial modeling, bid evaluation, and business analysis, preferably within the airports, transportation, or infrastructure sectors
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and a solid understanding of financial analysis terminology and best practices, such as DCF and financial statements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and excellent Excel skills, including the use of charts, macros, and VBA
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
