Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Jaipur seeks a data operations professional to oversee reference data across banking systems and manage the data lifecycle, including capture, validation, classification and quality control. Responsibilities

• Process account opening, maintenance and SSI function requests in downstream systems.
• Validate data completeness and correctness against documentation.
• Monitor mailboxes for processing tasks and queries.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets in two-eye processing.
• Investigate and resolve open or risk items, escalating when necessary.
• Create end-of-day reports and ensure EOD controls for daily transactions.
• Review and propose improvements to standard operating procedures.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Maintain adherence to STARC standards and controls.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Audit, Compliance and Regulatory teams.
• Participate in team meetings and employee engagement activities.

About the role:

• Oversee reference data used across banking systems and infrastructure
• Support the data lifecycle from capture through validation, classification and quality control
• Maintain processes for data setup, storage, distribution and system configuration
• Participate in projects to improve infrastructure efficiency

What you'll do:

• Process account opening, maintenance and SSI function requests in downstream systems
• Validate data completeness and correctness against documentation

• Meet 100% productivity targets and 100% accuracy in two-eye processing within agreed SLA
• Investigate and resolve open or risk items, escalating when necessary

• Maintain adherence to STARC standards and controls
