Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, is seeking a Group Manager - Operations (Royalty Reporting) for Mumbai (Vikhroli), on-site. The role requires 11–15 years of experience in royalty management and overseeing an operations team.

Responsibilities include end-to-end royalty calculation, validation, reporting, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and internal controls. B Com/MCom/MBA or Finance background is preferred.

• Strong understanding of financial contracts and client policies.
• Experience leading operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage royalty calculation, validation, reporting, and payment processes.
• Ensure processing is completed accurately within SLAs/TATs.
• Review royalty statements, contracts, and data for discrepancies.
• Lead the operations team, including workload allocation, performance, and development.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and exceptions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and quality initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, SLA performance, quality, productivity, and operational risks.
• Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and support audits as required.
