Job Description

Create and implement short and long-term sales & marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets for our IT Services & Products ( CRM Solutions, Custom Software, Insurance Solutions, Core Banking, Mobile and Internet Banking Software, IT Staff Augmentation, Offshore Development)

Define the approach for selling new business and account retention overall.

Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.

Investigate factors impacting sales performance.

Hire, train, and motivate the team to provide better customer service to clients

Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons

Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand

Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans

Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company’s performance

Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts.

Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing and Sales

Minimum of 5 or more years experience in IT Services & Product sales ( CRM Solutions, Custom Software, Insurance Solutions, Core Banking, Mobile and Internet Banking Software, IT Staff Augmentation, Offshore Development)

Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department

Proficiency in presentation, demonstration, proposals, and documentation, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred who have prior experience in the US, UK, and African Market
